**Responsibilities**:
- Plans and coordinates work activities of warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, delivery, security and inventory control.
- Actively participates in any of the functions as a hands on member of warehouse team.
- Develop a skilled and efficient team.
Supervise the hiring, coaching, counseling, training and development of all direct reports.
Actively manage corrective action procedures for all direct reports as required, up to an including recommendations for termination.
Develop annual goals and objectives and conduct performance evaluations against defined goals for all direct reports.
