What We’re Looking For

As a Supervisor, Complex Risk Support Services in the Commercial Insurance Division, you will provide exceptional operational leadership for the Support Team. We are seeking a self‑motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to join our team in our Bentall office, located centrally in Downtown Vancouver near Burrard SkyTrain station with travel to our Still Creek, Burnaby office.

Requirements

• Level 2 General Insurance License
• 2-3 years Commercial Insurance experience
• Leadership experience is an asset

A Day in the Life

• Provide oversight of operational efficiency and process improvement
• Train and support onboarding for new hires
• Collaborate and work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Claim and Underwriting teams for alignment of business priorities.
