Job Description
Oversee autonomous operations at IAMGOLD's Côté Gold Mine, Gogama, ON, as a Supervisor. This role focuses on safety, mentoring, and production coordination with a 7 on 7 off schedule.
As the Supervisor, Autonomous Control, you will lead the Autonomous Command team, creating a productive and safe work environment. Your role involves coaching team members while executing production targets in alignment with operational plans. You will utilize your expertise to drive continuous improvement in mining efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage production targets and mining designs
• Ensure compliance and monitor operational benchmarks
• Increase fleet productivity through data management
• Optimize safety and operational procedures
• Foster a learning culture among control room teams
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent is essential
