Job Description
The Application Development Supervisor plays a critical role in the planning, development, and evaluation of application systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement in application performance. This role involves overseeing the technical development team, providing guidance on system design, development, coding practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, the supervisor will lead efforts in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization to ensure the efficient operation of Seaspan’s business-critical applications.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
