The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program seeks a Methods Supervisor to join our Methods team in Mirabel, Quebec. The role requires experience in manufacturing and aerospace, with a background in production or methods and a desire to develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercise leadership in alignment with the company's vision and values
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and engage the team to meet strict deadlines
• Manage team performance using KPIs
• Define strategies and evolution for ground testing
• Take ownership of the ground testing troubleshooting process
