Job Description
Gain valuable work experience as a Warehouse Summer Student with Domtar in Surrey, BC. This part-time temporary position focuses on equipment operation and inventory tasks in a busy warehouse.
Domtar seeks full-time post-secondary students to fill this role from June 29 to August 31, 2026. Students will take on the responsibilities of operating equipment such as forklifts and scanners while contributing to warehouse efficiency. This role supports professional growth in an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the Tugger Trailer Unit for movement of materials
• Handle a handheld scanner for inventory control
• Skillfully operate a forklift within the warehouse
• Scan rolls of paper for tracking and organization
• Support various duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
• Holder of a valid driver’s license; must have own transportation
• Flexible availability for assigned shifts
• Work potential includes day and afternoon schedules
