Description of Duties

• Provide direct support to young adults in community activities and support in their volunteer placements as they learn their job responsibilities and routine.
• Facilitate employment readiness workshops.
• Maintain record‑keeping and program planning.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Promote inclusion of young adults into all community activities.
• Provide personal care support and participate in activities, including swimming, and be physically fit to perform lifts and transfers.
