S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Case Manager for Health Professionals

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead information sessions on services for IEHPs
• Develop customized Career and Accreditation Plans
• Coordinate with employers for effective job placements
• Offer ongoing mentorship and professional networking
• Meet bi-weekly with clients for consistent support
