We are looking for a motivated assistant store manager to support our store leadership and provide excellent customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures daily operations run smoothly and develops to store manager when qualified.

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the store manager in daily activities.
• Assist in employee management and scheduling for 15‑35 staff.
• Take responsibility for store operations and provide hands‑on support on the sales floor.
• Implement customer orientation and sales standards throughout the store.
• Handle merchandise planning and product presentation.
