Position Overview:

Forum Asset Management is seeking a Student Housing Associate to support leasing execution and broader real‑estate operations across its Montreal portfolio, reporting to the Manager, Real Estate Asset Management. The role will contribute to driving occupancy performance during the student housing leasing cycle and gain exposure to operations, asset management, and investment functions across the platform.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own leasing performance across assigned properties during peak leasing periods.
• Manage prospect pipelines, leasing outreach, and conversion activity.
• Conduct property tours and support the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to execution.
• Track leasing performance metrics and support reporting and analysis.
