Join Edison’s Restoration team as a Structural Project Manager, leading complex restoration projects. Drive successful project delivery while managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
In this senior role, you will oversee structural restoration, focusing on balconies, parking garages, and other key areas. With at least 5 years of experience in building science, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Develop repair designs, manage project scopes, and guide junior staff throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex structural restoration and rehabilitation projects
• Define project scope, manage budgets, and timelines
• Conduct structural assessments and develop repair designs
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with codes and best practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years of building science experience
• 2+ years as a Project Manager
