Structural Engineer - Experienced

As a principal structural engineer and part company owner, you are responsible for the technical excellence of the firm, take a leading role in setting policy, and have the final say as to who is offered positions as Interns or Engineers on staff. Complex issues and major projects generally come to me for guidance. As President, I sit on the corporate board, determine ownership with the broader board membership, have the final say in the decision to invite staff to their advancement interviews and in elevating engineers to more senior positions. Client and work seeking for the firm are key, and I am the most senior client-facing member of the firm.
