Key Accountabilities

• Strategic Research: conduct research and provide recommendations to senior leadership and the Board on industry pressures, financial performance, market trends and prepare white papers with actionable recommendations.
• Enhance research practices: assess best and emerging practices, consult internal and external contacts, and develop relationships with data providers and research groups.
• Present research: deliver findings through presentations, reports and self‑serve reporting tools for senior leadership and the Board.
