This role focuses on providing essential procurement guidance to internal and external stakeholders. You will manage processes like RFQs, RFPs, and Supplier Qualifications while ensuring cost-effective outcomes. Your expertise will drive both strategic sourcing and supplier management, promoting the best use of Toronto's $27-billion real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end procurement process support
• Prepare and issue procurement documents and reports
• Consult with client groups to maintain Approved Service Provider Rosters
• Manage supplier inquiries and communicate award decisions
• Facilitate debriefing for unsuccessful RFP respondents
