Job Description
Elevate campus life at the University of the Pacific by serving as the Director of Engagement. This pivotal role drives student involvement and community spirit through innovative initiatives.
You will directly manage the Volunteer Center, Pacific Greek Council, and other engagement units to ensure alignment with institutional priorities. This position also involves collaboration across campus, promoting leadership development and civic responsibility. Evening and weekend availability is needed to support various student programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategic goals for student engagement
• Supervise community engagement and service programs
• Oversee advising in student organizations and events
• Manage fraternity and sorority engagement initiatives
• Enhance partnerships for improved campus culture

• Master's degree in Higher Education or related area
