As a Finance Director, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute financial strategies that drive growth. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and improve finance systems to support a modern firm. Regular travel between Halifax, Leeds, Manchester, and Cambridge will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with CEO and leadership team to shape strategy
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights
• Drive commercial decisions using data-driven insights
• Build and enhance a high-performing finance team
• Deliver clear reporting on KPIs, profitability, and cashflow
Requirements:
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven Finance Director or strong Head of Finance
