As a Strategic Construction & Design Leader, you will advise and partner with health systems executives and design/construction teams to integrate Philips technologies into facility design and capital planning, ensuring future-ready healthcare environments aligned with clinical workflows, sustainability goals, and technology requirements to strengthen long-term partnerships.
**Your role:**
+ Advise C-suite and capital planning teams on facility strategies and technology roadmaps, translating clinical, operational, and financial goals into integrated solutions. Lead visioning sessions and executive briefings to position Philips as a long-term strategic partner.
+ Build strong relationships with health system leaders and industry partners while serving as the primary strategic contact to align Philips’ internal teams with external stakeholders. Represent Philips in planning groups and forums to reinforce its position as a trusted thought leader.
