OverviewAt MStar, we are transforming automotive financing in Mexico, and we need a strategic leader to drive our partnerships with manufacturers, financial institutions, banks, and key industry players.Location: Mexico City – Availability to travel required.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the national alliances strategy.Negotiate high-level agreements with dealership groups, banks, and insurance companies.Lead joint projects that drive growth, market share, and new business opportunities.Represent MStar with strategic partners and strengthen long-term relationships.Qualifications8+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or commercial leadership within the automotive finance, banking, or insurance sector.Strong negotiation and influencing skills at executive level.Strategic thinking, business vision, and results orientation.Advanced English (preferred).
