Store Tech Lead — Linux, Ops & 4th‑Level Support

Link-Worldwide in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking a responsible individual to lead the development of the Store Technical Support staff. You will provide 4th level support for Linux environments, oversee technical operations, and ensure effective problem resolution across multiple store issues.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Computer Science and two to three years of experience in technical support or management, with strong English and Spanish communication skills.
