Job Summary

The Store Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of a UFA Farm and Ranch Supply store while also contributing to broader regional initiatives. This role demands a strong, strategic leader who can deliver exceptional customer service, drive operational efficiency, uphold safety standards, and optimize sales performance, while fostering a high-performing, customer‑centric team. In addition to site‑level leadership, Store Manager 3 will play a key role in advancing strategic regional initiatives and influencing best practices across their peer group to support UFA’s overall business success.
