Store Manager

(Class 3) is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, delivering exceptional shopper experiences, driving sales performance, and ensuring strong financial and operational results. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster engagement, accountability, and operational excellence, while creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Store Manager is accountable for staffing, performance management, and talent development to ensure the store is positioned for long-term success.
