Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor during peak moments, and coaching associates to maximize sales through needs‑based service and strong product knowledge.
• Leverage KPIs and core business drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to set, communicate, and influence sales targets, adjusting priorities to meet business needs.
• Command the floor during peak segments, instilling a sense of urgency and high‑energy bias for action in your team to convert every opportunity into a win.
