Elevate store performance as the Store Manager at your local retail outlet. This full-time role is designed for an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations. This includes planning, evaluating, and directing daily functions. You will develop marketing strategies and manage budgets to ensure financial success while addressing customer inquiries and supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and control daily retail operations
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Oversee budget planning and revenue monitoring
• Resolve customer complaints and supply problems
• Hire and train staff and volunteers effectively
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience
• Must fulfill on-site work obligations
• Open to permanent and temporary residents authorized to work in Canada
