Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver operational excellence

Drive sales by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximize performance

Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards

Provide hands-on leadership on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years retail management experience, ideally within menswear or fashion apparel
