About This Role

As a Store Associate you will:

• Ensure a high level of customer service
• Accurately record customer transactions in the electronic cash register, mainline and self‑checkouts (SCOs)
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area
• Follow up on hot‑selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes when needed
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards
• Perform cycle counts as required
• Ensure compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery
• Follow health and safety policies and guidelines
• Keep the checkout work area clean and organized
• Follow Loss Prevention best practices
