Summary:
We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Steward/Dishwasher to join our busy restaurant team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and pans, and keeping the kitchen organized.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
