Location: *Oman*

Salary: *OMR 500 (≈ 1,19,000 INR)*

*Key Responsibilities*

• Ensure smooth and reliable operation of large power station equipment

• Lead and supervise daily Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities

• Manage and guide technicians and maintenance teams

• Maintain uninterrupted and efficient power generation

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults

• Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards

• Prepare detailed technical, maintenance, and performance reports

*Qualifications & Experience*

• University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 8 years of experience in O&M of large power stations

• At least 3 years of proven supervisory experience

• Preferred hands-on experience with diesel generator brands:

– Cummins

– Caterpillar
