As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your mission involves engaging customers, managing inventory, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll supervise the sales floor, ensuring it meets brand standards, facilitating associate training and development, and maintaining safety protocols to create a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and motivate team associates
• Manage inventory and ensure effective visual merchandising
• Support training for associates and facilitate performance conversations
• Conduct team meetings and address operational challenges
• Uphold health and safety policies and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail customer service
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
