Oaklands Global are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of our well-established engineering client based Northern Mexico, on a permanent basis. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering the very best candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment journey. A hybrid role, minimum of 4 days in the office, 1 remote.
Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and verbal.

Build and maintain effective partnerships with onsite stakeholders and HR teams.
Support the implementation of global recruitment processes.
Drive pace, efficiency, and consistency across the recruitment journey to improve time to hire.
Create engaging job advertisements aligned with brand guidelines and vacancy requirements.
Build talent pipelines to support future recruitment needs.
Use Success Factors ATS to manage allocated recruitment activity and vacancies.
