Position Summary:  The Staffing Specialist contributes to the operational functions of the department with responsibility for the recruitment and staffing processes of specific bargaining units and employee groups, in accordance with Collective Agreements, employment legislation and Board policies and procedures. The Staffing Specialist manages surplus and redundancy processes and participates in related labour relations activities. The Staffing Specialist addresses complex issues requiring attention to detail and establishes and maintains positive and effective relationships.
