STAFFING COORDINATOR


The Staffing Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Support Services, will primarily be responsible for coordinating recruitment and staffing activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting human resources functions. This position plays a key role in attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining qualified employees while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment legislation.


The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment and staffing processes from job posting to onboarding;

  • Prepare and post job advertisements, collect resumes, and prepare screening and interview packages;
