Job Description
We’re looking for a Staff Software Developer to join our Retail team in Canada. You will personally contribute to the key parts of the systems to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You will uplevel engineering craft across the organization by providing technical guidance, promoting best practices, mentoring fellow engineers, while empowering the teams to build toward a sustainable architecture.
Location: Canada. We offer fully remote, partially remote, or fully office-based environments. Work within EST/EDT hours.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Building software: coding, code reviews, bug fixes, peer programming, incident response, and reverse‑engineering.
- Planning and architecture: estimating, collaborating with product, establishing MVPs.
