Transform Addi's closed-loop data into a high-margin retail media business by building the platform that turns deterministic attribution into a scalable revenue engine. You will prove merchant demand through manual pilots, architect the build-vs-buy strategy for our ad-tech stack, and launch the self-serve Sponsored Products MVP, ensuring ad monetization compounds marketplace growth without compromising the consumer experience.
What you will do
- Phase 0 Validation: Successfully onboard 10+ anchor merchants into manual sponsored placements, achieving a verifiable conversion lift (e.g., >15%) and securing documented willingness to pay for a self-serve version.
