Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant is responsible for helping manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash management functions while also playing a support role with financial reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Accounts Receivable

• Reconcile receivables by brokers and follow up on any differences
• Processing receipts (EFT’s, cheques and ClearPay) into our accounting module
• Maintain broker accounts records, ensure accuracy of monthly broker statements

Accounts payable

• Assist with finance controls surrounding payments
• Assist in processing payments in our accounting module
