Staff Accountant (Chihuahua)

Staff Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting for payroll and benefits. This role records payroll and benefit entries, reconciles related accounts, and supports audits and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Record payroll and benefit journal entries accurately in the general ledger.
• Reconcile payroll and benefit related balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with monthly close and financial statement preparation.
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Prior experience in payroll accounting preferred.
