Sr Quality Engineer

Partner with Materials, Engineering, Maintenance and Production Teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with the needs of the Customer and BU targets.
The role consists of direct responsibility for the efficient operations of Spectra Strip line.
- Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins.
- Accountable for Key financial indicators as scrap rates and improving process indicators as Yields and plans attainments.
- Determining and implementing world class quality control mindset and standards.
- Facilitate effective and actionable Gemba walks utilizing KPIs to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement.
