This is a pure QA engineering role with a strong focus on voice and call flows — Five9 experience is a plus, not a requirement.Key Responsibilities:- Perform end-to-end quality assurance on telecommunications and contact center systems, focusing on call routing, North American dial plan compliance (911, 10-digit dialing, etc.), and emergency response handling.
