**Essential Job Functions**
- New Product introduction through PLM process
- Lead and manage projects using cross-functional team members for the new products implement and improve performance, manufacturability, or cost
- Multi-project management (Resource, optimization, prioritization and streamlining efforts)
- Creation and maintenance of part numbers and BOMs in SAP
- Creation, maintenance, and implementation of engineering changes and deviations
- Make validations or PPAPs, packaging development, test reports
- Continuous improvement of current production projects
- Analysis and implementation of cost reduction ideas
- General assembly line issues support
**Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills)**
- Engineer Bachelor ́s degree
- Advanced English
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent in this position
