Senior Process Analyst responsible for documenting, detailing, and designing operational processes across business, finance, and information technology groups. Preferred certifications include Six‑Sigma or business process management. This is a contract role for six to twelve months. Responsibilities include reviewing key performance measures, analyzing performance data (e.g., volume, wait‑time, response‑time, hiring‑time), and identifying improvement opportunities. The analyst also implements change management practices and delivers new process solutions.
