NTT DATA is seeking a Sr Micro Focus COBOL Developer to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. The position is hybrid and requires a strong background in Micro Focus COBOL development and RPA. Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using Micro Focus COBOL. Design, code, test, and debug COBOL programs based on business requirements. Work extensively with ISAM file systems for data storage, retrieval, and optimization. Build and maintain automation workflows using Python. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and third‑party systems. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python. Develop reusable components and frameworks for automation. Analyze existing systems and propose performance improvements and modernization strategies.
