Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain
Job Description
The Team Canada Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team is responsible for conducting S&OE and S&OP processes across the market. This involves striving for best‑in‑class Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Customer Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization to balance demand and supply across the operational horizon (approximately next 3 months) and the tactical horizon (next two years).
The Opportunity The Canada SCP Senior Manager reports directly into the Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning and oversees two teams: Supply Chain Planning and Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Management. The role will represent Mattel’s Global Supply Chain in Canada and act as the point person contact for the Canada Country Manager.
