You will work closely with manufacturing operations leaders, Quality, Maintenance, Production, EHS, Engineering, Production control,Materials & BP Human Resources.
**What You Will Do
- Develop and implement an effective predictive and preventive maintenance strategy
- Foster a safe work environment, ensuring the maintenance team is practicing best safe work practices, and leading the identification and mitigation of all work hazards for the jobs performed prior to workcommencing.
- Supervise all plant maintenance functions involving mechanical & electrical equipment, control & robotic systems, power distribution systems, and building facilities.
- Create a positive work environment, with a strong culture of teamwork. Ensure an environment that allows open reporting, prompt follow-up and resolution of issues or concerns that occur through the normal course of work.
