Sr. legal counsel

At OMRON, we are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Sr. Legal Counsel to support our operations in Mexico and across the region. This role is a key partner to the business, ensuring legal alignment in commercial strategies, managing risks, and supporting high-impact decisions. What you will do: - Provide legal guidance to ensure alignment with business and commercial strategies - Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts - Identify and mitigate legal risks across operations and transactions - Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities - Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and HR What we are looking for: - Law degree with valid license to practice - 8+ years of experience in corporate legal roles (in-house or law firm) - Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations - Bilingual English & Spanish - Solid knowledge of corporate, labor, and compliance matters Location: Mexico (Hybrid) Why join OMRON?
