Role Overview

The Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist will play a critical role in supporting organizational training needs during a one‑year maternity leave coverage. This position provides advanced expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and training coordination to ensure the delivery of high‑quality learning experiences. The Specialist will help meet urgent client requirements, while increasing capacity for the L&D Manager to focus on strategic initiatives outlined in the 2026 L&D Business Goals. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who excels in fast‑paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and consistently delivers high‑quality learning solutions.
