Senior HR Generalist

Senior HR Generalist responsible for architecting high-quality employee experiences across the North American region and building a systematic, customer‑centric HR engine that provides proactive support to People Leaders and employees.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the HR Service Delivery Experience, taking ownership of escalated queries from Tier 1 & 2 through ServiceNow and acting as a high‑level problem solver.
• Manage end‑to‑end documentation for the employee lifecycle, including drafting promotion letters, contract annexes, and managing critical platform access for the workforce.
• Drive the Integral Talent & Performance Engine by partnering effectively with COEs to lead the execution of annual cycles, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and mid‑year reviews.
