Job Overview
Sr. Human Resource Generalist (HRG) delivers both strategic and operational HR support, independently managing priorities related to the employee lifecycle and ensuring business needs are met. This role serves as an intermediary between the business and the extended Human Resources team, providing technical, transactional, and communication support.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director- HRBP in advising leaders on people, organization decisions and change management efforts.
- Advising on day-to-day talent activities such as performance management, coaching, and graduated return-to-work programs.
- Manage and resolve escalated employee relations issues, conduct investigations, corrective action and remediation.
