Shape the future of Long-Term Care as the Director of Education and Compliance at S&R Group. This leadership role focuses on enhancing clinical services and regulatory compliance in a full-time capacity.
S&R Nursing Homes Ltd. is looking for an experienced Director of Clinical Services and Education to drive educational initiatives across its facilities. In this role, you'll work closely with leadership teams to develop and evaluate education programs that support resident care and align with regulatory standards, including the Fixing Long-Term Care Act.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement corporate education programs
• Analyze and respond to inspection findings
• Work with Site Education Leads on education strategies
• Use quality indicators to inform education initiatives
• Conduct visits to Long-Term Care Homes for support and validation
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum three years in clinical leadership
