As a member of our manufacturing team, you will monitor, identify trends, investigate, and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes at Baxter.
Responsibilities
Plan and strategize capacity (equipment, labor, space) and maintenance.
Implement engineering tools such as problem solving, statistics (DOE/ANOVA etc.), PFMEA etc.
Develop and maintain manufacturing process instructions (process sheets, MPS), routers, and material lists.
Develop and finalize process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV) while ensuring that changes to specifications, methods, processes, or procedures are verified or validated in accordance with SOPs and ****** QSR before implementation.
Participate in CPE projects and validation and verification of products and processes in accordance with the quality system procedures.
Qualifications
Completed degree.
Attention to detail.
Intermediate English.
