Sr. Electrical Designer/Checker

Senior Electrical Designers complete advanced, complex, and confidential tasks requiring strong understanding of engineering principles and a high standard of designing and drafting skills. Understanding of control system will be an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides design services by gathering information, making studies, computing calculations, and preparing detailed design and deliverables in accordance with project requirements
• Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations
• Gathers information, makes studies, computes calculations, and prepares original rough layouts and sketches to present design proposals
• Coordinates design criteria with engineering providing layout skid packages including MCC building, cable tray and lighting layouts, and motor schematic drawings
