Controls EngineerSupport the automation team inside automotive plant.Develop PLC and HMI programs for Allen Bradley hardware and install/commission PLCs in Final Assembly, Bodyshop and paint lines.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document and commission PLC and HMI programs for automotive manufacturing processes.Install, commission and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, drives, and related hardware.Interpret pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical diagrams for system design.Write ladder logic and other control code from scratch.Configure and maintain servers such as Eflex, FACS, OEM.Provide on‐site technical assistance during installation, debugging, and startup of automation stations.Ensure systems meet customer specifications, industry standards and quality requirements.Maintain and document logic changes for PLCs, HMIs, cameras and drives.Support manufacturing and service through debugging and installation startup phases.Travel to customer sites when required.Qualifications3+ years of ...
